By downloading or using Balancio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

Who Balancio Is For

Balancio is designed for teens, middle/high schoolers, and university students who want to manage their personal finances. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Use of the App

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscription & Billing

Balancio offers four subscription plans:

• Basic(Card) — ₵4.99/month: Essential expense tracking features.
• Premium(Card) — ₵8.99/month: Full access to all features including budget challenges, spending alerts, and priority support.
• Basic(MOMO) — ₵12 for 3 months: Essential expense tracking features.
• Premium(MOMO) — ₵22 for 3 months: Full access to all features including budget challenges, spending alerts, and priority support.

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Payments are processed securely by Paystack, our authorised payment processor.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your plan until that date. Afterward, your account will have no active subscription and access to features will end.

Data & Cloud Storage

Your data is stored securely in the cloud and synced across your devices. We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Balancio is not liable for data loss resulting from circumstances outside our control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balancio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
